Service Description

Shadow work will consist of conversation geared to get to know you & set a safe and comfortable space. We will open into ideas regarding specific instances in your life you may want to process through & work towards releasing. Once you are aware and in truth with yourself - all of it - you are able to move forward authentically owning you. After an hour of shadow work with Jane or Kassidy, you will be able to dive into the shadow side of your emotions, physical ailments, or your past and begin working through this material in order to release it and move forward.
